She did not disappoint. I was completely captivated and couldn’t put this book down. Ghislaine Khalil is such an exciting and intriguing character. She’s a smart, tough, and fearless woman, who’s ready to embrace her dark side. Alexander Nikolaev is cunning, ruthless, and sinfully delicious. My Kindle was burning from the intensity of their chemistry together. Ghislaine brought out the absolute best parts of Alexander that even he didn’t know existed. Their story was emotional, climactic, thrilling, gritty, and raw. Alexander’s redemption was epic. His and Ghislaine love for each other had such passion and strength. He couldn’t resist dropping his walls for her. The characters were written with so much depth. The plot was exciting and suspenseful and had me on the edge of my seat.
