This is an honest review for an arc received.
If I were to write a dictionary, under the word perfect would be a picture of Finn.
Willow Palmer has been in love with her brother’s best friend, Finn Palmer, for as long as she can remember. But one night chances the ruin of their friendship and threatens to destroy her heart. When an unthinkable tragedy hits home for Willow, Finn stands beside her to help her through her grief.
“Now I let my heart run the show and it wants you, Willow. Only you.”
Finn Palmer has loved Willow for years. But there’s always been one thing holding him back. Max: his best friend and her older brother. One blissful night together was dashed when he returned home with breakfast. A misunderstanding tore them apart, and a tragedy brought them back together.
You’re what I want. Today. Tomorrow. Forever.
5 amazing stars! To say I’ve been patiently waiting the start of this series is a total understatement. This first book does not disappoint. These characters will pull at your heartstrings. I will say this was a coming-of-age book, but so beautifully written. You feel Willow and Max’s heartbreak. These two belong together. Finn is amazing and lays all his cards on the table for the world to see. Willow is straight forward and knows what she wants. However, she does fear the what ifs. What if things go wrong? What if she loses Finn or Finn loses Max? Sometimes what ifs can paralyze you in life, but Finn is right there to show her she’s not alone. This book had very little drama while still be exciting and enthralling. It had great world building and character development. I can’t wait to read more from the series!
