She’s a distraction Jude never wanted, yet everything he’s ever needed. She’s dealt with far too much in your young life. They’ve all shaped her into who she is. This was my first book by K.L. Shandwick and I was thoroughly impressed. The story was well-written and kept me intrigued from start to finish. The characters were well-developed and easy to connect with. Jude and Esther’s chemistry is off the charts. There are several layers to this story from Levi, the band, the MC’s, etc. But it wasn’t busy or hard to follow at all. It added to the storyline, making it a unique and unforgettable story. I can’t wait to continue with this amazing series! Thank you to DS Promotions for gifting me this slow-burn romance in exchange for an honest review.
