Secret dirty talker meets bubbly and sweet in the new Vancouver Agitators series! OMG, Halsey is better than I anticipated. It’s adorable the way he was so nervous around Blakely. The team trying to help Hasley… I’m deceased. The banter had me literally lol’ing. The text threads are epic. I love how supportive Blakely is as she’s trying to help Halsey express himself. But don’t let Halsey’s delightfully sweet and timid side fool you. The mouth on that man had me turning beet red at my desk. Hey, Halsey, what else that mouth do?!

I’m always excited to get a true duet performance for one of Meghan’s audiobooks. But now I get a full case performance, too?!! I don’t know what I did to deserve this, but thank you thank you thank you!!! Erin Mallon and Connor Crais narrated our main characters perfectly. Their styles meshed beautifully with each other. The supporting cast was equally perfect. Their pitch, pace, and tones were amazing. Embodying all characters is crucial for a successful full cast performance. Any little disconnect between the narrators could disrupt a good story. Especially when it comes to delivering their characterizations. How well they perform together could make or break the audiobook. In my opinion, this cast and their performance was flawless. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think they were all in the same room together recording. It was that smooth. I loved that we got Kelsey Navarro, Jason Clarke, Teddy Hamilton, and JF Harding reprising their roles as Penny, Pacey, Silas, Eli, and Posey. It made this audiobook so much more fun. Thank you to the author for gifting me this exciting listen in exchange for an honest review.
