I’m a new fan of Eve Riley’s work, and I continue to be thoroughly impressed by her storytelling ability. This series is well-written, extreme, and exciting. Eve’s writing is descriptive, emotional, and detailed, allowing me to easily picture the world she’s created. The characters were well-developed, interesting, and distinctive. The only reason I didn’t finish this book in one sitting is because I had to stop for work. The secret in the story unfolded very naturally and realistically. It didn’t feel fake or stupid. Liss is such a fun character. I loved learning more about her. Her and Dan’s connection felt authentic and not forced. Their story is so passionate, romantic, and real. Thank you to the author for gifting me this thrilling experience in exchange for an honest review.
