This third book picks up where book two left off. While book two picks up with Lily and Alfie’s chemistry, book 3 picks up with Lily trying to move on from Alfie. She’s always had hopes and dreams for her future as a performing artist. She just never expected that meeting Alfie would give her new hopes and dreams. Ones filled with love and happiness ever after. But now that’s been taken from her, and she struggles to find her bearings again. But the show must go on.

What a finale to this trilogy! I love the storyline across the whole trilogy and the way Lily and Alfie’s story unfolded. I was completely invested from start to finish. Shandwick’s writing style is so immersive and detailed. It wasn’t hard to become emotionally connected to the characters. I don’t want to write too much and spoil the finale for anyone. But trust me when I say you MUST experience the beautiful journey these books take you on.
