New ARC Review from Dana
The Truth About Myths
The Winemakers, book 3
by Giovanna Siniscalchi
I love a good period piece romance. This is my first book by Giovanna Siniscalchi, and I was thoroughly impressed. Her writing style was perfect. The story was well-written and intriguing with excellent flow. The characters are intriguing and well-developed. I absolutely loved the setting. Giovanna makes Spain and Portugal [in that time period] seem so beautiful and romantic. Princess Isabel and Viscount Henrique are super sweet together. Their chemistry is intense, and their banter is spot on. The Princess has a duty to the King, who happens to be his brother, and to her country. But that doesn’t stop her from wanting to embrace life and love with the Viscount. The push and pull between them gave me enemies to lovers’ vibes. Viscount Henrique is such a swoon worthy rake. I loved his playful side. This story was beautifully written and very entertaining. An absolute must read for historical romance fans.
Thank you to the author for gifting me this sweet and fun book in exchange for an honest review.
