In other words, this book is LIFE! It’s like Thora asked me, “Hey Dana, what are your favorite tropes?”, and then stuck them all in one book/series. I loved the flashbacks to Lydia’s history with her previous mate/pack. It helped strengthen my connection to and feels/emotions for her. I’m Team Lydia for sure. When God was referred to as “Sky Daddy” I nearly fell out my chair laughing. I love every single character, relationship, and romance scenario in this pack. This pack is different (as far as mates) than other shifter romances I’ve read, but that’s what I loved about it. The pack loyalty and devotion to each other is heartwarming. I just can’t praise this story enough and can’t wait to dive into the next in the series!

Matt Haynes and Maeve York were beyond perfect. I’m so glad they were cast for these roles. Their timing, pitch, pace, and tones were exemplary. I adored their characterizations. They portrayed each character so uniquely, giving them each their own style and voice. They made it so easy to feel connected to each character. Just like I can’t praise the story enough, I can’t praise these 2 narrators enough. They were absolutely phenomenal at bringing this story to life. Thank you to Pink Flamingo Productions and Audiobook Obsession for gifting me this compelling audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
