Please excuse me while I breathe into this paper bag. Hand to God, I’m honestly scared of Pepper Winters books. When I see the opportunity to ALC her work I never click on it right away. I always have to sit there for at least 24 hours to sike myself up apply for it. And then when I get it, it takes me several days to actually start it. I’m just totally terrified of this woman. And I mean this all in the best possible way. The emotional turmoil she puts me through is indescribable. I dislike her. And if I ever meet her in person, I’ll probably cry and pass out from excitement. Yes, I realize this is not a review of the book per se, but you get what I’m saying here, right? Plus, I’m mad at the author for how she leaves me in a glass case of emotion at the end.

Will M. Watt and Hayden Bishop. Seriously?!!! How are you this good?!! The characterizations are amazing. The way you flawlessly and effortlessly change up your portrayals as the characters grow and mature. Wow. Just wow. This was perfection personified. I dislike you both in the same way I dislike Pepper.
