Untying the Knot by Meghan Quinn

This is an honest review for an arc received.

Myla and Ryot have hit a rough patch in their marriage, that only one of them realizes. When papers are handed over, a battle of wills commences.

I never expected for my heart to flutter, my mind to whirl, and my soul to take charge—and that this would be the moment I start to fall for Ryot Bisley.

Myla is determined to protect her heart and vies to be seen again. Ryot is focused on his life after baseball. Battle lines are drawn.

“Nothing revs my engine like a solid passive-aggressive male with no decency toward house guests.”

5 amazing stars! I loved Ryot & Myla’s story. Meghan Quinn is the queen of witty banter. This story has that in spades, but also has some dark times. The chemistry between these characters was instant. The banter was perfect. The heartbreak can be felt, and the determination is one for the ages. The way this story flips from past to present was genius. I loved absolutely everything about this story. I hope there’s more of these characters!

“Your heartbeat is the cadence of my life, and without it in my palm, I’m an aimless wanderer.”
