Is there anything Beena Khan writes that isn’t amazing? That’s a rhetorical question because the answer is NO! What an amazing twist to the story of Adam and Eve. Salvi Moretti is such an intense, dark, and complex character. I’ve always had an unhealthy crush on him. Ehva Rossi has lived a privileged and sheltered life and is the exact opposite from Salvi. Book 1 left us with a cliffhanger after putting Ehva through the ringer. This 2^nd part to the duet was full of twists, heartache, and redemption. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. Beena expertly portrays a dark and beautiful retelling of Lucifer and Eve, making you feel every emotion possible. I can’t wait until this duet is out in audio so I can relive it. Thank you to the author for gifting me this amazing book in exchange for an honest review.
