5 devastatingly beautiful stars. Corinne Michaels slayed my heart with this book. She has a unique way of weaving a story that captures your attention and heart from the very first page. Serenity and Westin are perfect together, even if Serenity tries to keep him at arms length. You will instantly feel a connection to Serenity. She’s loved and lost and is afraid to offer up her heart to Westin. Westin is a sexy, alpha who handles her exactly how she needs to be handled. I love how he’s her anchor and she doesn’t even know it. You see just how much the power of forgiveness can be, and how a true love can totally change your life.
