I love a good sci-fi romance but haven’t read one in a while. Tana Stone is a new author to me, but the blurb and cover looked amazing. I was not disappointed and will be buying the rest of the series immediately! I love the whole vibe of the Vandar’s. They are honorable, strong, and trustworthy. Raas Vassim, aka the Deranged Raas Vandar, meets Juliette when she stows away on his ship. She was looking for her sister but accidentally boards Raas’ ship instead of her sister’s mates ship. Raas is a complete contradiction. He’s a huge alpha warrior bad-a. Dominant and brutal, yet he’s a softy with a huge heart. He’s protective and loyal. He goes out of his way to woo Juliette. Raas begins wooing her to break his unfortunate curse. It’s not long before he realizes just how special to him this feisty and innocent golden-haired beauty really is. Their relationship is sweet, romantic, and super hot. This book has everything: steamy scenes, angst, sexy alpha aliens, bounty hunters, mates, seers, curses, adventure, suspense, drama, wonderful characters, a well-developed sci-fi world, and loads of action. I loved every moment of it! I highly recommend this book and look forward to continuing with the series!
