But once he finds out the secret she keeps close to her heart, he’s heartbroken for her. But when the truth about his father is revealed he could lose her forever. That isn’t an option.

This book was 4.5 amazing stars. This is the first book I’ve read by Anna B. Doe. Her characters are very relatable. She builds such a heartbreaking world (at first), but the strength Callie and Hayden display was awe-inspiring. My heart absolutely broke for Callie. Hayden was a complete jerk in the beginning but he was exactly what she needed. He was her Prince Charming. I can’t wait for book 2!
