WOW!!!!! RC Boldt has done it again. This book has everything…suspense, plot twists, romance and off the charts chemistry between Olivia and Nico. This review is a little hard to write because I’m so worried about giving away anything! But a little insider info, Nico Alcanzar can salsa, ladies! And boy is that hot!!!

Olivia Wright is a psychology professor who has been through traumatic events in her life. She prides herself on being strong and independent. Nico Alcanzar barges into her life and plans on using Olivia as a pawn in his quest to bring down her mother. He’s made it a point to know every facet of her life.

To understand that even when you feel broken, even when life plants seemingly insurmountable challenges along the way, if you look hard enough, you’ll be able to see it: a truly wonderful world.

Everything Olivia thought she knew of her past is brought to light. Will she continue to be used as a pawn in a twisted power play between Nico, his drug empire and the Cartel or will she fight for what is right? Can Nico follow through with his plans when his heart becomes involved?

This book is 5 suspenseful stars! I love a really good suspense/love story and RC Boldt delivered. The love story that grows between Nico & Olivia is beautiful, especially given all of Olivia’s issues. Nico shows that even though he is a brutal drug lord, he’s so gentle and understanding with Olivia and her needs it just makes you swoon! This is a must read! I loved this book.
