Hard Fall by Sara Ney

This is an honest review for an arc received.

OMG! Where to begin? This book was a great read! It has everything you’re looking for in a Rom-Com. The sarcasm and banter are on point.

Hollis Westbrooke isn’t your typical “rich girl.” By that I mean, she walks to the beat of her own drum. She has a job that makes her happy, and one that isn’t under the thumb of her father. She flips houses in her spare time, and is NOT looking for love.

Trace Wallace, aka Buzz, is a professional baseball player, who the first time you meet him, comes across as totally cocky. But once you peel back those layers, he is a hopeless romantic who loves playing matchmaker, and is in his mother’s bookclub. He’s a total jokester. The things that come out of his fictional mouth are epic laugh-out-loud moments. But how can you not love a guy who loves romance books???

I literally laughed throughout the majority of this book. This book was light-hearted and completely entertaining. You will fall in love with these two for sure. These two are perfect for each other in every way.

This is a well written story with some pretty great characters. I give this book 4.5 stars. It was a quick read for me but loved it from start to finish. Ms. Ney left me wanting more of Buzz for sure! One-click this book today!
